Happy Thanksgiving - dinner On Thursday, November 22, 2007, CrossRoads Mission served Thanksgiving Day dinners to approximately 100 invited guests.
Horizon's Chef Mike Davis prepared the turkey dinner and all the trimmings at his Horizon's kitchen.  The meal was served by volunteers from various faith communities in the Linn County area.

Women of Hope United Church of Christ in Hiawatha, famous for  their home baked pies during the annual Hog Wild Days Festival, baked the pumpkin pies for the event.
